NORA THOMPSON

Nora has over 20 years of combined experience in Operations/Project Management with 10 focused on the construction industry.  Her strong background in operation development allows her ease in adapting to the demands and shifting priorities while demonstrating the resourcefulness and persistence that comes during every phase of the construction process.  Nora believes that the success of every project is the "complete buy-in" of every Team Member, from project conception to delivery, while building and maintaining an unconditional level of trust with a strong focus on goal awareness.  She takes pride in helping to cultivate and maintain this level of support for all her clients and partners.

Nora is the very proud mother of two sons and grandmother to 3 perfect grandchildren who can do no wrong. She lives with William and Henry her two cats who she carries a slight obsession.  In her spare time, she enjoys helping people with home renovations and interior design and living her life with an "Attitude of Gratitude".
